After graduating from Chuo University, joined Timee after working in the frontlines, HR, and business management at a consulting firm, wedding company, and restaurant. Since joining the company, contributed to product design to enhance convenience for both job seekers and employers. Leveraging experience in HR and the field, contributed to designing user-friendly services. After serving as the head of corporate and business and as Director of the Spot Work Research Institute, was appointed Executive Officer, President's Office, where he is responsible for promoting new workstyles such as “spot work (hired gig work)” and establishing a safer, more secure environment for spot work.
