After engaging in the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems at a railway group company, he joined Recruit in 2014. Following involvement in numerous large HR projects, he led the team responsible for formulating the strategy and roadmap, and for driving the execution of B2B products for the bridal industry. Subsequently, he joined BellFace, Inc. in 2021, where he led the planning and realization of product strategy as an Executive Officer and VPoP (Vice President of Product). In October 2023, he joined Timee, Inc. as DoP (Director of Product). After serving as the head of product organization operations, he currently oversees product strategy and the organization as VPoP (Vice President of Product) and Division Officer of the Product Division, assuming this position in November 2025.
