After working for a major call center company, he established the Customer Support division at an e-commerce/manufacturer company before serving as Head of the Fulfillment division. In April 2015, he joined Eureka, Inc. He was engaged in the establishment, operation, management, and training of Customer Support and Trust and Safety (including review operations) for "Pairs," contributing to the cultural reform of dating in Japan. In August 2021, he joined Timee, Inc. In October of the same year, he was appointed Head of the Customer Support Division, supporting the foundation of Timee.
