Maximizing the Potential
of Every Individual

Our mission is Building infrastructure
for expanding life's possibilities through work.
To realize this Mission, it is imperative that we, as an organization, embody a spirit of challenge and potential that surpasses all others.
We believe that individual autonomy and enthusiasm are the driving forces that enrich society.
Here, we present the human resource strategies that underpin our growth.

Aligning Talent Strategy with Business Goals

JA / EN

At Timee, we aim for non-linear business growth to achieve our Vision and Mission.
To realize this non-linear growth (business strategy), we have established a Human Resource Management Policy and are implementing specific HR initiatives designed to drive our strategic goals.

The alignment of the talent development process with HR initiatives

Talent development at Timee is not merely a linear career ladder.
Following recruitment and onboarding (OJT),every employee becomes part of a "Talent Pool" responsible for the next generation.
Management and HR work in tandem to maximize each individual's potential within this pool.

Through our "Talent Development Committee(TGT)" and the "“Mission Steering Committee", we assign "Special Missions" to motivated talent at an early stage.
This framework provides employees with opportunities  to tackle critical management challenges regardless of their seniority or tenure.

Furthermore, through our HR systems and engagement surveys, we maintain constant visibility of performance results and engagement levels.
We have established an organization-wide support system to ensure every individual can strive for greater heights—whether on a "Professional" track or in "Management"—with confidence.

A Growth Ecosystem Supporting Non-linear Growth

Based on our Mission Grade System, we operate a "Growth Ecosystem" designed to foster the continuous growth of every employee.
We conduct "TGT" (Talent Development Committee), involving leadership ranging from Group Managers to Executive Officers, to review all Timee employees.

At TGT sessions, we identify individual strengths and characteristics, establish development policies, and deliberate on the specific missions to be offered to each employee.

By appropriately evaluating these challenges and results, and connecting them to even more challenging missions, we achieve both the non-linear growth of the company and the personal growth of the individual.
