(Occupational Health & Safety and Health Management)
Occupational Health & Safety Policy
Timee, Inc. is committed to preventing work-related injuries, ill health, diseases, and incidents. By ensuring the health and safety of our employees (including contract, dispatched, and part-time workers, as well as contractors), maintaining their physical and mental well-being, and fostering a comfortable workplace, we strive to provide a supportive environment for everyone. Furthermore, to eliminate occupational health and safety risks, we consider it our responsibility to establish an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management system and proactively implement necessary measures. At the same time, we require our employees to comply with relevant OHS standards and regulations, as well as internal rules, and to actively participate in our initiatives to prevent occupational accidents.
Specifically, through daily OHS management and the investigations and deliberations of the Health Committee, which comprises both management and employees, we identify OHS risks and implement appropriate countermeasures.
In addition, we are dedicated to creating mechanisms that facilitate consultation with and participation of workers, allowing them to share their concerns and opinions regarding workplace health and safety and proactively engage in OHS management. By gathering employees' voices through regular communication between executive management and employees, establishing channels for feedback and suggestions, and obtaining feedback via engagement surveys, we incorporate these insights into our OHS management. This demonstrates our commitment to continually improving the workplace environment.
This policy outlines our fundamental approach to occupational health and safety, and has been approved by the Board of Directors.

OHS Management System
Timee, Inc. promotes OHS management through a system in which the Head of the Human Resources Department serves as the managing officer in charge. While persons in supervisory or managerial positions at each workplace take the lead in daily safety and health management, the Labor Relations Department, industrial physicians, and health officers collaborate to compile results from stress checks, time-tracking, and other key metrics.
In addition, the company holds a Health Committee meeting every month in accordance with the Industrial Safety and Health Act. Employee representatives also participate in the Committee to investigate and deliberate on key matters, such as fundamental measures to prevent health impairment and maintain and promote employee health, as well as the causes of occupational accidents and measures to prevent their recurrence.
Regarding important OHS matters, such as occupational accidents, the company has established a system in which a report is prepared and promptly submitted to the Executive Officer in charge of Safety and Health.
Risk Assessment
Risk Assessment of the Workplace Environment and Operations
Persons in supervisory or managerial positions regularly conduct and record voluntary inspections of equipment and machinery. In addition, health officers inspect the workplace at least once a week, and industrial physicians conduct workplace rounds at least once a month, evaluating and checking equipment, operating methods, and sanitary conditions for potential hazards.
Furthermore, persons in supervisory or managerial positions at each workplace take the lead in ensuring daily workplace safety as a proactive measure to prevent occupational accidents. Specifically, persons in supervisory or managerial positions incorporate OHS compliance requirements into standard operating procedures to prevent accidents resulting from employee work behaviors. When non-routine, non-standardized tasks are to be performed, they collaborate with relevant departments in advance to examine the hazards and necessary measures of the tasks, identify and evaluate risks, and work to prevent occupational accidents.
Regarding the working environment, Timee, Inc. strives to continuously improve operating and workplace conditions based on findings from workplace inspections and deliberations by the Health Committee, ensuring that each employee can maintain physical and mental well-being while achieving maximum performance.
Health and Psychological Risk Assessment of Employees
Timee, Inc. evaluates health risks through pre-employment medical examinations and periodic medical examinations conducted at least once a year. In addition, the company identifies employees whose non-statutory overtime exceeds 75 hours in a single month and evaluates the risks associated with overwork by offering face-to-face guidance from an industrial physician upon request from the employees themselves.
Furthermore, the company conducts an annual stress check using questionnaires to evaluate employees' psychological burdens (stress levels). Based on these results, the company confirms the need for face-to-face guidance from an industrial physician.
Health Management
Periodic Medical Examinations
Timee, Inc. covers the cost of selected optional examinations in addition to annual medical examinations to encourage early detection of illnesses. Following the examinations, the company supports employees’ ongoing health maintenance by recommending follow-up re-examinations based on the results and arranging consultations with an industrial physician.
Stress Checks
Timee, Inc. conducts annual stress checks and strives to improve participation rates. Following the stress checks, the company offers opportunities for consultations with an industrial physician or counseling to employees who request them or who are identified as having high stress levels, thereby working to prevent mental health issues. Stress check results are aggregated by department and provided to each organization as feedback, along with an application guide to help improve the workplace environment based on the findings.
Training Programs
To maintain employees' physical and mental health and a safe working environment, Timee, Inc. develops highly effective educational programs tailored to organizational conditions and challenges. By planning and conducting education and training on necessary topics at appropriate times based on the group analysis results of stress checks, the company maintains an effective safety management system.
【Recent Implementation Track Record】
From the perspective of organization-wide mental health measures and health preservation, the company recently conducted the following training programs:
Self-Care Training
The company conducted e-learning training to help employees (including contract and part-time workers) acquire self-care skills to notice their own stress and physical or mental health issues early and address them appropriately. Through this training, employees enhance their self-monitoring skills to objectively assess their own condition and learn specific coping strategies for stress, thereby maintaining daily performance and ensuring physical and mental well-being.
Line-Care Training
The company conducted line-care training for managers to enable them to promptly notice changes in subordinates' mental health and physical condition, and to provide appropriate support and early intervention. Aimed at improving overall organizational health and fostering a sound workplace environment, this training features a two-step structure: e-learning to acquire foundational knowledge, followed by an instructor-led online session to learn practical management skills.
